Report a road traffic collision with possible offence but no evidence
Thank you for getting in touch. If you've exchanged details with the people involved in the collision, you don't have to tell the police. See the Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 170 for further details.
However, If you believe one of the people involved has committed an offence, you can report it using the online form below.
Please note, as there's no evidence of the incident taking place, we can't prosecute anyone for a driving offence. However, if we get any new information we may get in touch and investigate your report further.
